Industrial Switchgear Limited was first established in 1959. They moved from their premises in Acocks Green, Birmingham to a unit in Park Farm, Redditch where their business as designers and manufacturers of industrial control panels and automation switchgear continued to grow. In 2015 and with a grant from the European Growth Fund, provided by Worcestershire County Council, the company relocated to a larger manufacturing unit in Washford Redditch. The next phase in their planned development will call for a continued increase in production and additional personnel.
David Lincoln-Lewis, Commercial Manager commented, “We wanted a local fit-out contractor, but only if they met our exacting standards. We found a number of prospective suppliers on the internet, carried out our research and came up with a shortlist.”
