Troax Bastion Angle Frame Partitioning

Troax Bastion Angle Frame Partitioning

Troax Bastion Angle Frame Partitioning is possibly the most simple and basic of all partitioning systems. However, in the right environment can create a perfect barrier, space divider or secure enclosure. As the name suggests, Troax Bastion Angle Frame Partitioning comprises a simple steel angle welded together to form a frame, with a sheet of steel or mesh spot welded into it. The panels can be metric or imperial sizes, 1 metre (39”) or 1.2 metre (48”) wide. Most Angle Frame Partitions are installed in industrial environments and are freestanding structures. This means the height of the partition is not a critical issue. All Angle Frame Partitions use robust support mullions incorporated into the design and bolted down to the concrete floor slab to make the structure self-supporting. Traditionally panels are split horizontally in the centre. The following heights are usual:

2.4 metres   (8ft) – this is the most popular option.
2.7 metres   (9ft)
3.0 metres   (10ft)
3.6 metres   (12ft)

Other heights can easily be manufactured to suit specific requirements. Generally, the standard panel elevations for Troax Bastion Angle Frame Partition are:

All steel (solid).
Steel and glass (half glazed).
Steel, glass, steel (centre glazed).
Steel and mesh (half mesh).
All mesh.
Left or right hinged doors (usually half mesh).

Troax Bastion Angle Frame Partitions are very robust and can easily take the weight of a self-supporting mesh ceiling installed on top of the structure. Panels are powder coated in a range of colour finishes. We can assure you of the highest standards of design, manufacture and installation.
