Case Study 1:

Compair UK Ltd, Redditch.

We were approached by CompAir UK Ltd to design and reposition their existing reception.

This entailed moving the entrance from the side of the building, to the front making it more prominent.

The project was managed under CDM Regulations, with the additional responsibility of obtaining Building Regulation approval and liaising the the Redditch Planning authority

We undertook the design, all of the civil works, internal fit out, decoration, flooring and reception furniture.

Another turnkey project completed in 2008.

Case Study 2:

Bowman International Ltd, Abingdon.

From a newly built industrial unit, The Redditch Partitions & Storage Co. Ltd. successfully designed and installed a mezzanine floor, fire protection, partitioning, floor coverings and all electrics.

The whole project was managed under CDM Regulations, with the additional responsibility of obtaining Building Regulation approval.
