Estimator/Contracts Manager

Due to expansion and an increase in projects, we are looking for a confident, experienced Estimator/Contracts Manager to join our well-established and dynamic design and build, office interior and fit-out organisation.

We offer our clients a full turnkey office design and interiors re-fit solution including mezzanine floors, dry lining, partitioning, suspended ceilings, electrics, plumbing, building requirements and air-conditioning.

Your role will be to oversee all commercial aspects of projects from the initial site survey and quotation through installation and financial settlement.
 
You will need,
 
 
 at least 5 years' experience in office fit-out
 
 
 excellent IT skills including Word and Excel and the ability to use AutoCAD
 
 
 a current driving license and your own vehicle
 
 
 the ability to negotiate effectively with clients, other professionals and contractors
 
 
 the ability to take-off quantities and estimate costs
 
 
 exceptional project and communication skills
 
 
 to be self-motivated, personable, friendly and able to work independently or as part of a team
 
 
 to be able to 'build client relationships' and to be able to develop new business
